A lot of pest companies treat your house like any other stop on the route. We do not. The exact same treatment can be done with your family in mind or with no thought at all, and that difference is most of what you are hiring for. This page is not a list of the pests we handle. That lives on our general pest control page. This is about living in the home we treat. Questions? Call (208) 949-5184.

Living in the home we treat

The people and the things that make a house a home are exactly what we plan the treatment around. Here is how the four that come up most shape the way we work.

Kids

Little ones are on the floor, in the grass, and touching everything. We ask where they play, keep treatment off the surfaces they use most, and time the application so it is dry and settled before they are back out. You get a clear window for when the yard is theirs again.

Pets

Dogs and cats do not read warning signs, so we plan around them. Tell us where the dog run is or where the water bowl sits, and we keep those spots in mind. For most exterior treatments, keeping pets off the surfaces until they dry is the whole precaution.

Gardens

Vegetable beds and fruit trees are everywhere in the valley, and we treat around them, not through them. We keep product off anything you plan to eat and off the plants you are growing on purpose. Point out the garden and we route the barrier around it.

Garages

The garage is the busiest entry point on most homes, where spiders slip under the door and rodents test the seals. It is also where people store gear, park cars, and let kids run through. We treat it carefully and tell you what to keep clear while it dries.

How we keep you in the loop

The thing homeowners tell us they never got from other companies is a straight answer about what happened at their house. We build the whole visit around communication, in three simple steps.

๐Ÿ””

A heads-up before

You hear from us before we come, so you can bring in pet dishes, close a window, or move the kids' toys off the patio. No surprise knock, no treatment you did not expect.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

A plain explanation

We tell you what we used and where, in normal words. You do not need to know a product's chemistry, just what went where, why, and what it targets. Ask anything and you get a real answer.

โœ…

Clear precautions after

When we finish, you know the one or two things to do, almost always just staying off treated surfaces until they dry, and how long that takes. Then life goes back to normal.

Every product we use is applied according to its label, with your household planned in from the start. That is not a slogan. It is the difference between a company that sprays and leaves and one that treats your home like someone lives there.

A plan built around your home

Every home is a little different, so we start by matching the schedule to yours. Most Treasure Valley homes run on a quarterly plan, four seasonal visits that keep a fresh barrier up all year. Homes under heavier, constant pressure sometimes step up to a bi-monthly plan, and if you just have one contained problem, a one-time treatment may be all you need. We recommend the honest fit for your house and your tolerance, not the priciest option, and right now your first service is $50 off. For the full picture of what a treatment covers, the general pest control page has the pest-by-pest details.

Serving homes across the valley

We are locally owned and we treat homes across the whole Treasure Valley. That includes Meridian, Boise, Eagle, and Nampa, along with Kuna, Star, Caldwell, Middleton, and Garden City. Each city page digs into the pests that hit that area hardest and how the seasons play out locally, so if you want the version specific to your town, start there.

The guarantee behind every visit

All of this is backed by one promise. If pests come back between your scheduled treatments, we come back at no extra charge. If the problem keeps coming back, you get your money back. You are not signing up for a company that disappears after the first spray. You are getting a standing commitment to keep your home handled, and a real number before any work starts. You can see how quotes and the guarantee work on our pricing page.

Common homeowner questions

What should my family and pets do during a treatment?

For most exterior work, very little. We tell you before we start, and the main precaution is staying off treated surfaces until they dry, which usually means keeping kids and pets inside for a short window. We plan the application around your household, apply every product according to its label, and let you know exactly how long to wait before the yard is back to normal.

Do I need to be home when you come?

Not for exterior visits. As long as we can reach the yard and the perimeter, we can treat while you are at work, then leave a summary of what we did. We only need you home when there is interior work to do or a specific problem to look at together. Just tell us how to get to a gated yard and we will handle the rest.

Can you treat around my vegetable garden and chickens?

Yes, and we want you to tell us about them. Vegetable beds, fruit trees, and backyard chickens are common in the valley, and we keep treatment off edible plants and away from a coop, working around those areas rather than through them. Point them out or mention them when you book, and we will plan the visit so your garden and animals are never in the path.

Will you tell me what you sprayed and where?

Every time, in plain language. Before we treat you get a heads-up, and after we finish you get a clear rundown of what we used, where we put it, and any precautions to follow. No jargon and no mystery. It is your home, and you should never have to guess what happened at it while you were gone.

How do I know if my home needs quarterly, bi-monthly, or a one-time visit?

We help you decide, based on your home and what you are seeing. Most Treasure Valley homes do great on quarterly. Homes under constant pressure sometimes need bi-monthly visits, and a contained problem might only call for one treatment. Tell us the situation and we recommend the honest fit, not the biggest plan. You are never locked into a tier you have outgrown.
